e-Development Partnership of the Republic of Tatarstan |

The e-Development Partnership of the Republic of Tatarstan (PRIOR RT) was created on July 9, 2002 by the decision of the Organizational Conference, which took place in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan. The conference approved the (text in Russian), elected the Chairman of PRIOR RT Coordinating Board and the PRIOR RT the coordinating organization (see , in Russian).
The current membership of PRIOR RT includes 14 participants, one of which represents government; four representatives from the civil society sector; four from the research and education community; and five business companies:

- Tatarstan Representative Office of the Association for the Assistance to UN (Kazan)

- Union of Internet Users and Operators of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan)

The function of the Regional Coordinating Organization was assigned to the Union of Internet Users and Operators of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Chairman of PRIOR RT Coordinating Board became Alexander Elizarov, the Director of the Chebotarev Research Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, Kazan State University.
