e-Development Partnership of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra

Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area - Yugra with support of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the RF established in November 2003 an extended municipal segment of the Partnership for the Information Society development within the framework of the "Russia Development Gateway" project under the federal target program "e-Russia (2002-2010)". This segment includes representatives of Nizhnevartovsk and Megion cities, as well as Izluchinsk settlement.

Joint works on establishing PRIOR-Yugra and PRIOR-Yugra Coordinating Board are being carried out in cooperation with the Administration of the Ggovernor of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area Yugra.

Municipal segment of PRIOR currently incorporates 8 member organizations representing business sector (6 companies) and non-governmental sector (2 organizations), as well as 4 individual participants.

Portal company (Nizhnevartovsk) acts as organization coordinating the municipal segment of PRIOR-Nizhnevartovsk/ Megion / Izluchinsk.

Organizing meeting of the partnership adopted decision on creation of Non-Commercial Partnership "Partnership for the Information Society Development in Nizhnevartovsk" and developed drafts of constituent documents.
