e-Development Partnership of the Southern Ural |
The e-Development Partnership of the Southern Ural (PRIOR SU) was created on April 25, 2002.
The current membership of PRIOR SU includes 18 participants, three of which represent government; seven from the research and education community; and eight business companies:

The function of the Regional Coordinating Organization was assigned to the . In order to coordinate the activity of the regional partnership, the PRIOR SU Secretariat was formed.
The Coordinating Board provides the oversight and management of the PRIOR SU activity; the Board currently consists of the following members:
- G.P. Vyatkin - Rector of the Southern Ural State University , Chairman
- B.R. Gel'chinsky - Chief Secretary of the Chelyabinsk Scientific Center, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences
- N.D. Kundikova - Dean of the Physics Faculty of the Southern Ural State University
- A.E. Siromyatnikov - Head of Division of the Information Processing at the Economics Committee of the Chelyabinsk Regional Administration.
