The current members of the Russian e-Development Partnership include 294 organizations: 281 organizations from 33 regions of Russia, 4 international IT companies, 2 Finnish companies and 1 British companies, 1 U.S. company, 1 Ukrainian company, 1 NGO from Belgium, 1 organization from Canada, 1 organization from Keniya, 1 Czech company. These organizations represent key driving forces of e-Development - government (32 organizations), business (127), civil society (74), and research and education community (61).
In addition, the individual participants started joining PRIOR in February 2003; these include individuals and online media.
As of today, the number of PRIOR Participants is 311.

According to the decision made at PRIOR Organizational Conference, the functions of PRIOR Coordinating Organization were assigned to one of the Partnership's participants - Institute of the Information Society.
