Russian e-Development Partnership - e-Development Partnerships in Magnitogorsk City

The Partnership's organizational conference, which took place on October 30, 2002, adopted the Memorandum on PRIOR-Magnit creation, defined the primary membership of the Partnership, and elected the Chair of the Coordinating Board and the Coordinating Organization.

Currently PRIOR-Magnit unites 4 participant organizations, which represent government, business, and research and education community:

Administration of the Lenin District of the Magnitogorsk City
Innovation and Tecnological Center (close corporation)
G.I. Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University
Magnitogorskvnesheconomservice Firm of the Southern Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Innovation and Technological Center was elected as the Coordinating Organization of PRIOR-Magnit. Tatiana Golovina, the Director General of the Innovation and Technological Center, was elected the Chair of PRIOR-Magnit Coordinating Board.

PRIOR-Magnit became the first independent PRIOR segment of the municipal level. It is a joint member of the “big” PRIOR and of PRIOR - Southern Ural.
