According to the decision made by 2001 PRIOR Organizational conference, the function of PRIOR Coordinating Partner was assigned to one of PRIOR Participants - the autonomous nonprofit organization "Institute of the Information Society".
The PRIOR Coordinating Board can make a decision to transfer this responsibility to another member of the Partnership or to found a new legal entity as a Coordinating Organization.
