The regional e-Development Partnership in Stavropol Krai (Territory), called PRIOR Stavropolye, was created on December 25, 2001 following the decision made by 21 local organizations to sign a collective declaration on joining PRIOR.

The current membership of PRIOR RT includes 21 participants, one of which represents government; four representatives from the civil society sector; two from the research and education community; and 13 business companies:
