E-Development and ICT Use in the Regions of the Russian Federation: Analytical Report / Ed. by  Yuri Hohlov. - M.: Institute of the Information Society, 2008. - 240 p. The report gives a comparative analysis of e-development factors (regulatory environment, information infrastructure, human capital, business climate) and an analysis of key areas of ICT use (governance, education, healthcare, culture). A. Bugaev, E. Loginov, A. Raikov (member of PRIOR Expert Council), V. Saraev. Latent Synthesis of Decisions // Economic Strategies, N 1, 2007, pp. 52-60. This article is published in the Future research column. The authors touches upon the problem of increasing the need for research of the Inaccessible in the context of the globalization, the growth of information flows and the development of market realities. The article offers a vision for lowering the risks of the analysis of the Inaccessible by means of a synthesis of a hypothetically possible assumption.

V. Drozhzhinov. On information and Communication Technologies in the Russian Federation // PC Week Magazine, 3 March 2006. The article is dedicated to the field meeting of Presidium of the State Council of the RF "On Information and Communication Technologies in the Russian Federation" that was chaired by Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, on 16 February in Nizhny Novgorod. The author makes reference to the work conducted by the Institute of the Information Society (PRIOR Coordinating Organization) "Index of Russian Regions' E-Readiness. 2004-2005". The latter work formed the basis for report on the state of the art in the sphere of ICT in Russia.

V. Drozhzhinov, A. Shtrik. Global Information Society: We Only Dream of Peace // PC Week Magazine, 14 February 2006. Article outlining the outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society (second stage of WSIS took place in November 2005 in Tunis), and Russia's part in the Summit. The article informs on the contribution made by PRIOR participants to the events held within this global meeting.

Moscow hosted conference "Interoperability Framework and International Standards of Information Exchange" // New Technologies (Àliance Media), 23.07.2003. The conference was organized by PRIOR participants within the Partnership's acivities. Representatives of PRIOR governing bodies made several conceptual presentations on integration of information systems with web service technologies with the aim to make interaction between government agencies (G2G), government and citizens (G2C), government and business (G2B) more efficient. The article describes the internal structure of the Russia Development Gateway, which has been created at Microsoft products and technologies and is offered as a prototype for government portals of different levels. Material, summing up the results of press-conference of 26.05.2003, dedicated to the presentation of a new version of the Russia Development Gateway on the basis of latest Microsoft products and technologies. Russia Development Gateway was presented as a tool, stimulating dynamical and full-fledged Russia's development in the gobal Information Society and Knowledge Economy. In Russian.

Version of the Russia Development Gateway is created // @Astera: Excellence in Communications, 27.05.2003. Material based on the the results of press-conference dedicated to the presentation of a new version of the Russia Development Gateway on the basis of latest Microsoft products and technologies. Russia Development Gateway is presented as an integrated solution, which includes all necessary components for an e-Government portal at any level.

Microsoft and PRIOR announced creation of the Russian Development Gateway, provided by the Fedeal Target Program "eRussia" as an event N 11 // PRIME-TASS, 27.05.2003. Several specifications by PRIOR Directorate: the article says that RuDG is created on the basis of Microsoft products and technologies, whereas it is a version of "portal-in-the-box", which will be offered to PRIOR participants, as well as to the participants of the Development Gateway Program in other countries. Rambler is ready to support Russia gateway // IT-daily, 27 May 2003. The article is connected with the press-conference by PRIOR and Microsoft, conducted on May, 26. It refers to the history of Russia Development Gateway creation and perspectives of introducing it on different technological platforms - using free software and Microsoft products and technologies. In Russian.

Microsoft reckons on government order // Vremya novostej (News Time), 27.05.2003. In Russian. Material, based on the results of the press conference of 26 May, dedicated to the presentation of the new version of the Russian Development Gateway on the basis of latest Microsoft products and technologies. Comments of the PRIOR Directorate: a) the program "Development Gateway", initiated by the World Bank in 2000, is presented in the article as a World Bank program, whereas at present it is implemented within the framework of Development Gateway Foundation's activities; b) the article says that experimental version of the country gateway on the basis of Microsoft products was first tested in several Russian regions, whereas Russia Development Gateway formed basis for acting prototype of the portal within the framework of cooperation among Microsoft and PRIOR, which is planned to be used for creating government gateways on different levels; c) the article also states, that the created version of the development gateway "will be spread in other countries participating in the Development Gateway program", whereas it was referring to the fact, that this version will be offered for those countries, but the choice of technological platform will be left for national teams in those countries; the article also says that the "Russia Development Gateway" was created in November, 2001 after the creation of PRIOR, while the gateway's development started in March, 2001, and PRIOR was formed in November 2001 on the basis of the Russia Development Gateway project consortium; the description of technological solutions also needs some corrections.
