The key components of PRIOR's organizational structure are the following:
PRIOR Organizational Conference did not consider it necessary to create separate legal entities to perform the functions of different components of PRIOR organizational structure at the initial phase of the Partnership's activities. These functions were distributed among existing Partners; however, as the Partnership gains financial sustainability separate organizations could be created to implement them.
