The Newsletter of the Russian e-Development Partnership (PRIOR) and its key project - Russia Development Gateway - is published by PRIOR Information and Publishing Center since May 2002.

The Newsletter offers you information on:

• New PRIOR participants;
• Most important events of PRIOR everyday activities at the local, national and international levels, as well as on the events PRIOR was actively involved in;
• Announcements on and results of relevant contests, which are conducted within PRIOR activities framework and beyond it;
• Materials for open discussions;
• Useful resources and services provided by different organizations as well as by PRIOR / RuDG themselves;
• How to join PRIOR.

The Newsletter also offers discourses on a wide range of development topics, which are prepared by leading experts, analysts and public figures in Russia and abroad.

The Newsletter is registered by the Ministry of RF for Press, Broadcasting and Mass Media Communications, Registration Certificate El. # 77-6462.
