PRIOR views public and private sponsor organizations, as well as donor agencies and investment institutions providing financial support for projects and initiatives related to e-Development as its important systemic partners. Despite the differences in their goals, all of these organizations need comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date information concerning financial aid and investments provided for various sectors.

The key issues faced by sponsors and investors include lack of information and insufficient coordination of efforts, which sometimes results in duplication of efforts and inefficiency of the support provided.

PRIOR emphasizes the following aspects in cooperation with donors and investors:

• Presentation of PRIOR project portfolio to obtain financial support, matching funding, or investments;
• Joint creation of a database of e-Development projects supported by sponsors and investors;
• Provision of information concerning the country, the trends in its social and economic development, and the sectors attractive for investors and those in need of donor aid;
• Organizing discussions of the implementation results for the sponsored projects, exchange of experience and ideas through RuDG online forums and at jointly organized offline events;
• Promotion of the activities undertaken by sponsors and investors, dissemination of information about the results of implementing e-Development projects in Russia;
• Assistance in the development of cooperation between sponsors and coordination of aid policies;
• Providing a platform for announcements of contests and tenders conducted by sponsors and investors, as well as for e-Procurement.
