• An instrument of obtaining investments and financing promising projects based on the use of ICT;
• An instrument for promotion of their brands, products and services;
• A source of information concerning trade, legislation and regulations as well as specific methods of e-Business;
• A source of information and expert knowledge on the state and development trends of various segments of the ICT market, as well as on tenders and contests within the framework of the most important national and international development programs and projects;
• A consulting center for ICT use in various spheres, e-Business, preparation of bids and grant applications, etc.;
• An instrument for feedback from the public in the course of implementation of their own innovative projects; and
• An instrument for establishing new contacts in Russia and abroad.

One of the most important tasks in terms of interaction between PRIOR and its partners from the private sector is working out a system of coordinated measures to foster the development of the information and communication industry and creation of the market for information and communication products and services.
