The second day of the Forum comprised a number of interactive events of multiple formats aimed at discussing major problems of ICT use for development.

Two High Level Debates took place in the morning:

• Broadband Applications for Tomorrow
• Social Networking

Several facilitation meetings were conducted at the Forum, including:

• Infrastructure
• E-Environment
• Ethics
• Access
• E-Learning

Forum's interactive sessions discussed the following issues:

• Sustainability of the WSIS Implementation through Stocktaking Process
• WSIS and MDGs
• Regional Commissions (CEPAL, ECA, ECE, ESCAP, ESCWA)

The thematic workshops handled two topics this day:

• Indigenous Knowledge / People
• Cybercrime

Publication Releases of the following important reports were on the agenda:

• National e-Strategies for Development
• ITU’s WSIS Plus 5 Report
