As part of PRIOR's work on specific projects and actions, ad hoc working groups are formed. Members of these groups can work on the basis of contracts with PRIOR Coordinating Organization or PRIOR Foundation, or be delegated by partner organizations (in which case their salaries can count as contributions to the Partnership), or participate on a voluntary basis.
