At the regional level, independent collegiate bodies are formed,
which are called the Regional Coordinating Organizations (RCOs). The
powers, responsibilities, and membership of the RCOs are determined
according to the regional specifics and needs. The necessary balance of
opinions necessary for effective and objective decision-making is
achieved through the availability of a) supervisory board (board of
trustees) including representatives of government and influential
figures of the region and b) an expert council (advisory board)
including specialists from different areas related to e-Development.
Currently, the following Russian regions have established
e-Development partnerships affiliated with PRIOR and determined their
regional coordinating organizations:
